Welcome, I'm glad that you’re here.

Exploring and researching options for psychotherapy is an important step in initiating meaningful change into your life, so be encouraged that you have already begun the process. As a psychologist, my first goal is always to create an alliance of trust, comfort, and collaboration. A sense of safety fosters emotional expression that leads to the creation of achievable treatment goals and ultimately therapeutic success.

I utilize an integrative approach and pull from evidence-based modalities to improve your quality of life. While I specialize in treating psychological trauma, I also commonly work with anxiety, depression, relational and family conflict, life transitions, and chronic medical illness. I am also well-versed in conducting psychological evaluations.

While managing daily life stressors is important, I firmly believe that healing comes from exploring how our past experiences have affected the ways in which we interpret and interact with our world in the present. Not only is psychological trauma treatable, but the healing process can lead to personal growth that would not have been otherwise possible.
