Dr. Lindsay Hallett

Lindsay Hallett, Psy.D., HSPP is a licensed clinical psychologist with 14 years of experience in the mental health field working with adults, adolescents, and families. She applies her previous experience from private practice, community mental health, intensive outpatient, school/special education, and forensic settings to create comprehensive treatment plans and provide clinical recommendations to best serve her patients. 

Dr. Hallett utilizes an integrative approach pulling elements from cognitive behavioral, client-centered, interpersonal, and solution-focused theories to address and accomplish patients’ individualized treatment goals. While she specializes in psychological trauma and PTSD, Dr. Hallett also commonly works with patients experiencing presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance and alcohol abuse, chronic medical illness, learning disabilities, and chronic mental illness. Other areas of expertise include stress management, relationship/marital difficulties, family dynamics, LGBTQ+ community, acculturation difficulties, life-stage development, and identity issues.

Dr. Hallett is originally from Chicago; she relocated to the Indianapolis area in 2017 and lives with her family and her dog, Foster. Foster is a sweet boy who has a goal of becoming a therapy dog in the future; he is actively working hard to refine his manners. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Dr. Hallett enjoys baking, organization, interior design, and crafting in her free time.
